I forbindelse med NifCon lykkedes det mig at lave 6 nye missioner (samt genbruge en af Stefans).

De seks jeg selv har lavet er beskrevet her i tråden. Jeg håber også fremover at kunne poste ideer og nye missioner. I må naturligvis meget gerne kommentere :)

King of the Hill

Briefing:
Prove your worth to your superiors and trash your opponent by controlling a central hill (or site).

Winning:
Each scoring unit (non-vehicle troop choice) scores one point pr. game turn by controlling the central hill. At the end of each game turn (after both players have had their turn), count the number of scoring units within 12" of the centre of the table. The player with most scoring units is awarded 1 Victory Point. An additional victory point is awarded , if the opposing player has no scoring or contesting units within 12" of the center of the table.

Deployment:
12" long table edges

Special rules:
All

Game length:
Random (5-7 turns).

Difference in Victory points
0 = 10 – 10
1 = 13 – 7
2 = 15 – 5
3 = 18 – 2
4+ = 20 – 0

It's so dark

Briefing:
Fighting a war is tough - in darkness it's impossible. You must attempt to capture 4 strategic points on the battlefield an prevent your opponent from capturing them.

Winning:
Place an objective in the centre of each quarter. To capture an objective you must have a scoring unit (non-vehicle troop choice) within 3" of the objective without your opponent having a scoring or contesting unit within 3" of the same objective.

Deployment:
Quarters – more than 12" from the centre.

Special rules:
Night Fight during the entire game
All other special rules

Game length:
Random (5-7 turns).

Difference in objectives
0 = 10 – 10
1 = 13 – 7
2 = 15 – 5
3 = 18 – 2
4+ = 20 – 0

A grave crossing
Briefing:
Crossing the enemy lines requires both skills and luck – prove you have both and allow your force to slip past the enemy.

Winning:
Each unit is worth kill points, as pr. the rulebook. Destroyed enemy units and your surviving units is add together for your total KP. A bonus of 2 KP is awarded for each of your units leaving the table through your opponent's table edge.

Deployment:
18" – short table edges.

Special rules:
Fog - Night Fight rules over distances of more than 12".
No other special rules.
Units that always may deep strike, can't deep strike in the enemy deployment zone.

Game length:
6 turns.

Diffence in Kill points
0 = 10 – 10
1-2 = 13 – 7
3-4 = 15 – 5
5-6 = 17 - 3
7+ = 20 – 0

Minefield!
Briefing:
Taking cover is your guide to survival  - fighting in the open is not! However you must fight your way through a minefield to prevent the enemy from capturing strategic assets.

Winning:
As pr. capture & control in the rulebook. D3+2 objectives are setup more than 12" apart. Non-vehicle troops are scoring units, all others may contest. To capture an objective you must have a scoring unit within 3", while your opponent does not contest.

Deployment:
12" from the long table edges.

Special rules:
Minefield – all terrain counts as both difficult and dangerous.
All

Game length:
Random (5-7 turns).

Difference in objectives
0 = 10 – 10
1 = 13 – 7
2 = 15 – 5
3 = 18 – 2
4+ = 20 – 0

Circles of Death
Briefing:
Like the Dark Angles many secret circles, your force must create two circles of death to destroy the enemy. You must attempt to capture 2 strategic points on the battlefield an prevent your opponent from capturing them.

Winning:

Place 2 objectives 18" apart on the centerline of the battlefield. To capture an objective you must have more scoring units (non-vehicle troop choice) within 3" of the objective. Only scoring units counts, so ignore all other units for purposes of contesting.

Deployment:
Dawn of war (one player deploys up to 1 HQ and 2 Troop Choices on his half of the table).

Special rules:
All

Game length:
Random (5-7 turns).

2 = 20 – 0

Assassins
Briefing:
To crack a nut you must first open it! – Destroy your enemies Head Quarters to cut the head clean of the warsnake.

Winning:
Only enemy HQ units are worth KP as pr. rulebook (incl. dedicated transports to HQ Choices). Score more KP than your opponent to win.

Deployment:

Quarters – more than 12" from the centre.

Special rules:
All

Game length:
6 turns

Difference in Kill Points
0 = 10 - 10
1 = 15 - 5
2+ = 20 - 0

Min personlige favorit var Minefield; i den skulle man pludselig til at tage en helt ny risikovurdering når man skubbede sine dukker rundt på bordet - et friskt pust på scenariesiden! :D

Det vil jeg mene er en regel, som afgøres af turneringsarrangøren. Den har imo ikke noget at gøre i en mission i sig selv.
F.eks. i Assassins vil man kunne argumentere for, at tabet af en Daemon Prince vil være langt værre for CSM end en eller anden tilfældig IG-commander? - Dermed kan et spil godt ende uafgjort, selv om IG er udryddet, hvis det kun lige opvejes af tabet af dæmonprinsen...

Its so dark favoriser assault hære meget. Det er nok grændsende til umuligt at vinde som en IG eller Tau spiller vs BA eller SW i den mission. King of the hill ved jeg ikke helt hvad jeg skal synes om. Stadigvæk en svær mission for skydende hære som ikke vil helt så tæt ind på midten, men måske ikke helt så slem som jeg går og tror.
A grave crossing synes jeg virker meget spændende. Jeg tror de fleste hære godt kan begå sig i den, min favorit indtil videre.

Rettelser til Assasins:

Man bør kunne tabe et spil 20-0 lige meget hvilken hær man stiller med. Men der er mange hære som kun bruger et HQ, og de kan aldrig tabe mere end 15-5. Man kunne lave det om til at det var et normalt kp spil, med alt hvad der dertil hører, men så sige at HQ choises var 5 kp værd. Så sige at en difference på:

0-1= draw
2-6= 15-5
7+= 20-0

Man kunne også gøre differncen mere fin:

0-1= draw
2-3= 12-8
4-6= 15-5
7+ = 20-0

Nu ved jeg godt dette sandsynligvis er "lidt" off-topic. Men har du nogle tanker omkring apocalypse missioner? Se gerne i min blog, hvor jeg pt prøver at tænke nogle standard missioner sammen. Jeg overvejer lidt at teste din "a grave crossing" uden begrænsningen på reglerne, dog med begrænsningen at alt der så rent faktisk lander i deployment zone ikke tæller med.

Jeg bliver ikke sur, hvis du vælger at slette denne besked, hvis du vurderer den for meget off-topic. :)
