Gates kan stadig bruges. Der er for og imod ved begge. Gates kan carry op til 4 uanset hvilket keyword "passagerne" har, Manifold kræver et fælles keyword for at kunne carry mere end én. Gates har bedre defense og er Wildcard. Manifold har TK på click 1 og får PC, når han pusher. Gates får Perplex ved at pushe, men mister så sin særlige carry power. Manifold har lidt range, 3, Gates har 0.

Så Gates kan stadig bruges, men har fået konkurrence som supertaxa.

Jeg lægger især mærke til Manifolds ekstra bonusser som barrier, PC og click 3 og 4 hvor han bliver en reel tertiær attacker md HSS og PS
